Terms & conditions

The small print for booking and joining an Art Sparks Wales workshop. Last updated October 2026.

Booking a workshop

You can book any of our workshops through the booking links on our Workshops page. You’re also welcome to email us at artsparkswales@gmail.com to let us know you’re interested, but your place is only confirmed once payment has been made.

Sip & Make evenings

Sip & Make evenings are booked through Eventbrite. You can cancel and receive a refund up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to send a friend in your place (see below).

Weekly classes, one-off workshops and children’s holiday workshops

Once booked, payment for these workshops is non-refundable.

If you can no longer come, let us know and we’ll do our best to fill your place, by offering it to anyone on our waiting list, putting it back on our website and, where time allows, sharing it with our mailing list and on social media. If we manage to fill your place, we’ll refund what you paid, minus a £15 administration fee.

Sending a friend instead

If you can’t make a workshop, you’re very welcome to send a friend in your place. Just send us their name, phone number and email address before the workshop starts.

Missed sessions

We’re unable to offer refunds for sessions missed because of holidays or illness. If you’re living with an ongoing illness, please talk to us, and we’ll do our best to find a way to help.

If we need to cancel or postpone

Occasionally we may have to cancel or postpone a workshop, either because of circumstances outside our control or because not enough people have booked for it to go ahead. If this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as we can, and you can choose either a full refund or a transfer to another workshop of the same price, if there’s space.

We’re not able to cover any travel or accommodation costs you’ve already booked, so we recommend choosing flexible tickets where you can.

If a tutor is unwell

If one of our tutors is unwell, another member of the Art Sparks team will step in to lead the session.

Health and safety

We take care to make our workshops safe and welcoming for everyone. We’ll explain how to use any tools and materials safely, and we ask everyone taking part to follow our guidance and be mindful of the people around them.

Please look after your own belongings during workshops. We can’t accept responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal possessions, unless it’s caused by our negligence.

We’re not responsible for any injury, loss or damage that happens during a workshop unless it’s caused by our negligence or a breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that can’t be limited by law.

If you have any questions about these terms, please get in touch. We’re always happy to chat.
